yes you can but the only benefit of a combi is the fact of 2 less wires and a free plug socket.
Buy seperates, at least then if the TV dies its just a TV you need to replace, or vice versa.
With seperate ones, you can upgrade to 5.1 Dolby Digital cinema sound, which is fantastic!
