Can I have Sky coming through to my TV using an ariel and have Freeview?

Because, my HDTV has built in Freeview, but the ariel input is being used by the Sky from downstairs, which is good for things like Sky One, but I'd like to use the Freeview too. So is there a thing that splits the ariel... kinda like that? like an adapter of some sort?

Answer:
Using a simple 'y' splitter that costs as little £5, from maplin electronics should solve your problem.
