I have lately upgraded from Sky Digital to Sky+. I got a latest box and a new remote control. The sound out I have is, how can I catch my old remote control to control the Sky+ box from another room (I hold got it adjectives linked up beside the i-link).

get sure that your "magic eye" is switched on within the internal settings
You can't, you need a sky + remote. You can bring back one from Argos.
