the average you see around is 42 inch so yeah thats good. depends on the room you put it in. if its your average 4x5m room then yeah..perfect. definetly big enough
depends on the size of your room... get out your measuring tape , and remember the 46" is diagonal...

46 inches is probably on the lower side of big tvs. Big tvs these ays are 55in and above. I know someone with a 71in and boy is that a big tv. If you interested in getting a great tv for a great price let me know.
46 is pretty nice. if u go to crutchfield.com they have a size guide. it shows what size u should go with from however far away u r
42"and 46" are by far the most popular sizes these days. It's for a reason. The Goldie locks theory, it's not too small, not too large, just right AHHHH!
I have a 61" screen in my living room which is way too big for most people, except in Texas where 800 sq ft game rooms are very common. Now that I moved to California, it is bigger than the fireplace! So, don't do what I did..
A 42" screen would be ideal and would give you flexibility when you move. The prices are constantly coming down on HDTV models so watch for sales. A 46" screen is too big unless you have a really large living room.
