Best settings for Samsung LNT1953H?

I just purchased a clean Samsung LCD HDTV and the presets are pretty bad. Does anyone know what the optimal settings are, picture-wise, surrounded by normal fluffy conditions?

Answers:    Here are the settings for viewing the Samsung LN-T3253H in a completely poorly lit room with 1080i source. It's not duplicate size as your TV, but the settings should be pretty close.
