Which tv is better? samsung ln-377d lcd or panasonic th-42px6u plasma?

i hear samsung is better but if its a plasma shouldnt i go with the panasonic?

I personally think that both are good and it really depends on viewer choice, But aren't you comparing a 37" with a 42"? Better to look at the same size.
