Sky tv problem?

my SKY tv has gone on the blink for the second two days i cant get sky and the tv blind was purple later went grey how can i fix this

my tv is purple lines accross the top too. i think its wreak i had a speaker to hand it. why not just fone sky, go and get them to send an finagle out, u dont pay and they be pretty quick for me.
