That's up to you. IMO, don't do it. The sales people are pushed to sell these warranties. I bought one for my surround sound stereo unit and when it went bad I took it in 4 times and they couldn't fix it. I took it apart this last time and fixed it myself. They will always try and sell you this additional warranty. They almost get chastised if they don't sell one by management. How do it know this? My next door neighbor works at Best Buy. His words.
