Phillips 32 inch TV has problem with image going out and then flickering on the screen.?

Tv turns on but image only comes on for about a second and then starts flickering on and off with lines coming on across the screen occasionally.

Answer:
Most Samsungs and Philips/Magnavox fail right after warranty with no support or parts.

Usually the Philips products people dont get repaired.

Buy a quality unit next time...
