Looking for Plasma/LCD 28-36in that has a builtin convert, so I dont need a cable box to display HD?

Answer:
Your only out is to get a TV with a cable card slot, doing away with the cable box - BUT ONLY IF YOUR CABLE CO. OFFERS CABLE CARDS!
Just remember, if you're wanting to pick up free over-the-air HD channels, you're only going get your local channels available in HD. It seems like a waste of money to only get a few channels. If you want more channels, you're going to have to subscribe to programming through either cable or satellite.

Good luck in your search - there are a lot of nice ones out there!
