Answers: sad to vote the screen is the most expensive division of the tv and its going to cost a lot to repair it. try to ring up the nearest service center for prices. i do suggest handing it to repair centers since they specialize within their brands

You are better off buying a investigational TV. Unfortunately the LCD panels for most TV's are more expensive than what theTV originally cost. I am particularly sorry that this has happen to you, but you really should just count the TV as lost and step buy a new one.

LSD screens are PLASTIC matte. They are massively very fragile. You can even break the inner eyeshade without breaking the outer blind. I know.
They are plastic because they can make them cheaper and up the profit outside edge.
No warranty and no home owners' insurance covers it.
And it cannot not be repaired.
Buy plasma, it at least have a glass eyeshade.
