My 27" Emerson tv is making a high pitched buzzing noise - can this be fixed?

I bought this tv from Walmart about three years ago. It recently started making a buzzing noise for the first twenty minutes or so that it is on. It's driving me nuts. Is there anyway that it can be fixed by me or by a professional?

Answer:
It usually the FBT leak.
Need an expert to check this. Be carefull FBT can generate Kilo voltage that can kill you.
A professional, its a poorly designed unit. Iam surprised its lasting 3 years. Must have got the lucky one.
Most likely be easily fixed by a pro for a cheap enough price. Could be lucky and just very dirty and shorting out?
no, not the Flyback transformer... if it was, then it would burn itself up. More likely, a loose transformer/coil somewhere. Use a stick or something to tap around on the circuit board, when you find whatever is loose, resolder it, then cover it with hot glue. The buzzing will be gone. Could be the yoke also, in which case, sorry about that, you got what you paid for (Emerson brand quality)
