Ok, i want to buy a new tv. i am going to be playing video games on it. What is better plasma or LCD? i don't want to spend over $900 but want excelent picture. What is the best tv for me. i am cluesless at buying a tv. i can use all the help i can get. thanks

you aren't going to get a bigger size with a good brand...32" is about the largest you will get

For video games if you are going for a flat panel, dont get plasma, or you run the chance of burn-ins. LCD is all around better.
The tough part here is an "excellent picture" for under $900. If you want a decent TV at that price in flat panel, you are looking at 26in or smaller. A little higher and you could get a decent 32in one. Like in the 1000-1300 range.
