720p local resolution say can adopt 1080p, is this true?
Answers: What it vehicle is that if you input a 1080P signal to it, it will downscale the signal to 720P for display. In other words, it discards some of the resolution in the signal since your set can't display that several lines of resolution. If you are using a source that up-converts to 1080P, your set will display it in 720P. However, it would be better if you set the source to 720P. There's no point within your source up converting to 1080P if your set is just going to down convert to 720P. You're merely adding more opportunity for signal humiliation.
720p (1080i) are the same resolution, but 1080p is sophisticated. It wil process up to 1080p as a computer monito if your graphics card is able to put out at that soaring of a resolution via HDMI. For tv signal you will need a converter to upconvert to that resolution.
Hope this help.
