call them out, it want cost you to do that, let them sort out the problem.

check the signal strength of the chanels that you can get. it could be the ariel or the arial wire.
It really does sound as though it's something serious with the electronics of your TV, if you can I would definitely call them as soon as possible.
If these are the Freeview channels, try the analogue ones. The TV might have lost the program list, try retuning. To see if it is the aerial, you could do with a VCR connected via its aerial socket (not SCART) and see if you can tune the TV to that. For the aerial, you can at least waggle the plug.

I would call them out.If you attempt to repair it.Your quarantee becomes invalid.
