i have a sony XBR5 52 " and i a moment ago got the hd box, but heres the problem the picture has two grey boxes above and below the carving. Now i did the calibration for the box and it said successfully displaying in 1080i, but the box itself is displaying in 480i, how do i switch the settings? (note im with rogers)
Answers: Make sure you use any component (r/g/b) or HDMI cables.
Composite (yellow) or s-video can just transmit up to 480i.
