Can I get a chipped digital comcast box?

Not sure what you mean by 'every' channel... call comcast and change your package (what you pay for is what you get, platinum package includes almost every channel known to mankind) or go to your local office, exchange your old box for a new one, and change your package while you're there.
HM, you should call comcast & request to update your cable usage. i recently just recieved mine, like well .. yesterday but they need to get back here and fix it because it's acting up.
