Samsung or Philips for hdtv?

Phillips = NO, way too many consumer complaints. Samsung = maybe. You can probably do better with your money than either. You don't say what your primary use will be or what kind of a budget you have. Read the folowing and you'll be much better informed than asking such a general question here!
