Yes it's easy peasy. Press the Interactive button on your remote then number 5 and follow the on-screen prompts. You will find a code for your tv there and it explains really clearly how to do it. Good luck.

What you can do is buy a multi TV remote. These can be programmed to any TV as they all have codes which can be programmed to the remote. I think you could get one for about a tenner or less.

Okay, if your sky remote is a universal it might work. However, programming most universal remotes are far from intuitive. You will need to find the directions for your sky remote, or get a copy of the directions from their website if it's available. If you don't have and can't get the directions I would recommend a trip to Wal-Mart to look at their universal remotes. See if any say that they will work with your brand of television. Even if they don't say, there are some generic codes that might work. Go ahead and buy one of the remotes that looks like it might be one of the more "universal" of the universal remotes. Take it home and try it until you get it to work or you are convinced that it won't work. The wonderful thing about Wal-Mart is that you can ALWAYS take it back, as long as you have the receipt (My wife has taken back used cold sore medicine and toothpaste because it didn't work and she didn't like the new flavor!). If you can't get the universal remote to work you are probably left with three options... 1) Try purchasing a new remote from the manufacturer; 2) Learn to live without the remote (if your TV will even let you, some REQUIRE the remote now); 3) Buy a new television.
