I have an infirm SANYO in my room and it have these white lines on the top and sorta overlap the picture or folds it over itself in a route. If you need more details, please ask but is it fixable?
Answers: It is smoothly fixable ! fault is set as vertical fold over, it is caused by a imperfect electro capacitor in the vertical circuit, You will call for a TV Tech to find it and replace it , should not be very expensive as segment will only be around $1.25 and workforce will depend the expertise of the Tech !!

It's FIXABLE...you need several capacitors replaced contained by your Vertical output circuit.
