I just bought a 40' LCD from Samsung. I notice that people are blurry on it. Does anyone know what it is?

I just bought the tv and moved so I don't have much recourse in returning it. Some of the channels are great but the menus and people are not clear at all.

Answer:
The channels you are saying are great are likely HD channels, and some makes of TVs do not show the digital channels, especially still shots, close ups & text is often pixelated. Samsung is noted for that. It's great for the HD signal, but not so good for the channels that are digital.
if at first you do not succede then read the manual.

I would bet there is an adjustment for that so read carefully.

Also if you have any speakers too close to the screen the magnets will affect it.

Any samsung dealer of these TVs should be able to help- you.
