Answers: Slim line DLP HDTV is a moment ago as thin as the LCD or the Plasma.
But the technology are very different.
LCD = soft crystal
Plasma = Gas
DLP = Microscopic Mirrors
Now which is the best.
I say the LCD is better why because you will salvage on power and it lasts longer next other 2 and the image a short time ago looks better.
But it has its floors close to its no as bright as the other 2 and if you buy a cheap one you will see the ghost effect on sports or exploit movies.
The ghost effect is if the globe is moving it will leave a colour trail bringing up the rear it like a ghoul (Like Casper's tail or legs).
So get a pious quality LCD next to "1080P" not 720P or "1080i"
get the "P" which stands for progressive.
