Maybe. I don't know much about Vizio but Costco sells them cheap. I've heard that they are decent, but you should look that up first.
I don't think so. Try a pawn shop, but you would almost have to sit outsde and buy it before they went into sell it. I would try walmart and watch them. Try tigerdirect.com they deal inmostly computers but sometimes have tv's
