How do I get my Sky+ LNB quad to work?

I have 2 sky + boxes in the same house and i am only reciving one signal

Answer:
chances are it is the cable or the sky+ its self, check the connections at the back of sky+, unscrew the connections from the dish and unscrew the metal connectors from the 2 cables and check that is plenty of copper thread touching the connectors and that there is no copper thread touching the copper coil,as this can short the electricity flow to your sky+
