I have got an oldish tv which hasnt got a scart lead on the back.?

can you convert a scart lead so that it can be used on a tv without a scart socket. I have heard you can get something but im not sure what it is. any1 help me thanks

Have you got an old VCR ? You can plug your source (eg DVD player or Freeview box) into the VCR's Scart input AV2.

The VCR will output that picture via the RF Out socket to your TV - which only has an RF (Co-ax) input.

If has red and yellow sockets you can get a lead that will convert (not a great picture though sometimes), but if all it has is an aerial socket then you will need to upgrade your old tele I'm afraid.
