My small screen have a big rainbow circle surrounded by the picture. Can it be fixed?

I turned on my television this morning, and it have a big circular rainbow pattern covering the unharmed screen presently. It is a tube television, and I own no magnetic sources close to it. Wondering if this can be smoothly fixed.

Answers:    to Sojourner: That device is called a Degaussing Coil.

Did you move it not long? A problem like this almost sounds close to one of two things:

A: Dropped set
B: Failed degaussing coil/driver circuitry.

Is it always present when used? Try turning the set bad for awhile, then turning it posterior on. If this doesn't fix it, Perhaps it's time to replace the set. I came across a set near such a problem a good while support and found that the degaussing coil had one-time.
That's a sign that your TV is about to donate out on you. Be prepared to buy a new one soon. The CRT Tube is getting worn out.
