When setting up a digibox how can I get the TV to recognise the signal?

If you connect with a scart lead, you need to use the AV selection button on your TV remote. If you don't know which button that is, look in your user guide.
i got the same problem as we speak have set it all up but cant get it working
Are you using a ska rt lead,your tv will swich over ,when you put on your digi.
