How to fix TV? screen image has shifted upwards?

Hello all.

The screen image on my old TV (BEKO) has shifted upwards so I can no longer see the top of the screen image and at the bottom of the screen where the image should be is black. Is there anyway of fixing this myself?

Thanks.

Answer:
Change out all the electrolytic capacitors in the vertical section, specially the pump cap, usually 100 uf/50V. If you don't understand that, then the answer to your question is "No, you can not fix this yourself".
