How much would it cost to repair a 46 inch sony flat pannel lcd tv that be hit next to a remote and shows nada?

so my friends flat pannel lcd tv TV was hit next to a remote and the display doesnt show anything. how much would it cost to get repaired?


Answers:    in the order of as much to get a spanking new one... lcd can't be repaired easlily... once the liquid crystal chains receive broken... it's hard to fix.
