Can anyone offer advice regarding philips 32" widescreen lcd hdtv w/digital tuner?

I am interested in purchasing a lcd flatscreen tv and would like to know what are the downfalls on this tv?

Answer:
Philips makes crappy low end TVs.
I would suggest getting a Japanese brands like Panasonic or Sharp. Even Samsung would look better than Philips.
I bought a Philips 32" HD lcd tv and have had no problems with it for 6 months until last week when the sound went out. I have not figured out what the issue is yet, but other than that it has been an amazing purchase and I have been completely satisfied with it. Great picture and features but an extended warranty might be a good idea with any HDTV. They are much more complicated that a standard television. More along the complexity level of a computer.
