Need Help With Picture Settings/Polaroid 42" LCD TLX-04240B?

Trying to get the best picture possible!Does anyone know the best opening to set the picture modes. Just bought and it is way stale. Any Help would be appreciated.
Picture Mode?
Contrast?
Brightness?
Saturation?
Hue?
Sharpness?
H. Position?
V. Position?


Answers:    Just bought one...had to do a LOT of tweaking...

here are my reccomendations, hang on to in mind that you will own to configure the settings for EACH INPUT (video 1, video 2,...etc) if you use them.

I use...

Contrast: 100
Brightness: 30
Saturation: 60
Hue: 17
Sharpness: 6

Color Temperature...
R gain: 120
G Gain: 120
B Gain: 120

Sound...
Bass: 100
Treble: 75-100
Sound Effect: Surround

Gamma: Dark is better for Video Games;
Bright is better for Cable TV
