What is better to buy an LCD OR PLASMA T.V.?
Answers: Christina: There are too many reason one may wish to travel Plasma or LCD to list here. The first consideration is size: if it's underneath 42" it will be an LCD - I don't think anyone is still making a 37" - because plasmas aren't made any smaller. So, that, surrounded by itself, may answer your question. If not, and you really want accurate information, to some extent than subjective opinion, read the following sites for broad info on the 2 types of TVs and you will know more about this subject than your first 3 posters here, put together.

IMHO, solitary buy quality, reliable, heading brands. For plasma, look at Panasonic and Pioneer. For LCD look at Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, and Hitachi.
I think this depends on the size you require. Above 42" and plasma would be better.
We enjoy 2 LCD TVs one 32" and one 37". They are both brilliant.
