Bought my son a disney cars tv and it is adjectives of the sudden turning stale automaticlly ?

we have tried it contained by all plugs contained by the house and even bought a new one to see if it did indistinguishable thing and it does! does anyone know what might be the rationale of this problem? please help contained by any way that u can!! thank you
