the tv's picture started to close in from both sides. Then picture was gone and it started to make this ignoying noise very loud. I've tried leaving it off for a whilebut it dont work.

It will cost more to have it fixed than to buy a new one.

It has a problem in the power supply or a pincushin problem. Most are economical to repair, unless you bought a cheapo from wally world.
