http://wwitv.com (Runs on WMP or quicktime or RealPlayer depending on the sources. surf it and you'll find channels, movies, old tv shows... literally TONS of stuff to uncover)
http://sopcast.org (download required... Can get a little complicated, but has a LOT of PPVs, new release DVDs, cable/sattelite channels...
Also, most of the major networks have their shows online now. Just surf through them to see what the offer.
