Samsung or toshiba lcd tv?

i have found a couple 32 inch samsungs, and a 32 inch toshiba 32HL67, which one is better. my price range is about 800$

i have a toshiba.. it was refurb.. and we had to replace the lamp but now it works good. .. im not sure.. new i would say toshiba... get a good warranty
Samsung all the way, it will last so much longer.
