Watching TV on a computer?

Hauppage WinTV?
Is it possible to view digital TV programmes on a PC surrounded by the UK?

A Hauppage WinTV card has be installed, analogue programmes (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4 and Ch5 are all OK). Aerial is OK.

Any proposal?
