TV?VCR Combi missing remote and the tv is on panel lock and I dont know how to get it of Can anyone help ?

Please do not remove the rear of the set, as you will be exposed to extremely high voltages. All the passwords and locks are stored in memory, and cannot be changed from the rear of the set anyway. You might try a universal remote, but likely you will need to contact the manufacturer for the correct remote to access all the setup features. You do not state what brand this unit is, so any further advise may be more confusing than anything.
On a Phillips model that I had, if you held in the menu button on the front panel whilst switching the tv on it let you go into the set up menu. Hope this helps
Un plug for at least 15 min and push and hold power button for reset.
If you want a original remote get model number and serial number and call 1-800-remotes.
