My mitsu ck-3526r's vert. hold be fixed & immediately the pic is vertically elongated PLEASE HELP, NEED ANSWERS?

the picture on my Mitsubishi CK-3526R is dramaticaly elongated or stretched out from north to south (vertically) how do I adjust that picture?

Answers:    2 adjustments....Vert HGT and Vert LIN....those are the knob you were playing next to BEFORE you fixed it....

Start with the Vert HGT...that shrinks both top and bottom.
Vert LIN stretches the TOP mostly...if you find populace looking like Coneheads, consequently you deal next to the linearity....
What did you have done in the past? You may have a doomed to failure capacitor or resistor that has changed it's meaning in the vertical circuit cause this type problem.
