Can i mount my 42" flat screen on my wall at my apartment community without it violation my lease somehow?

Lease does not say exactly has far as how big holes can be puncutred in the wall. I know the easiest way is to obviously asd the office personal, trying to avoid that.

Well you could always repair the holes left behind when you leave.
yes you can hang it. just make sure you fill in the screw holes that you make or they will charge you to fix the holes. (Maintenance supervisor)
You may be trying to avoid it, but the only way you can know for sure is if you go and ask your landlord. It's better than violating your lease and having an even bigger problem on your hands.
