Whatis the best 37 inch or more tv?

ok so i want a new tv. i currently have a jvc 37 inch crt
i am thinking plasma, lcd, or dlp. i want HD. what tv would be good for me for 1300$ or under(preferably more than 37 inches)

look at the Toshiba model. They have one model with a built in DVD.
