while watching my 50" samsung plasma the other day, it suddenly looked as if a bucket of black paint be poured over the screen. The top of the peak turned black, and then the black color leak down, eventually covering the whole eyeshade and leaving me near no picture. Has anyone ever heard of this? Any theory what happened? Does this nouns repairable? Both the Best Buy service plan people and the samsung warranty department enjoy jerked me around a bit, and I would like to be armed beside more information. Super bowl in two weeks, making me slightly hysterics stricken. Thanks

With samsung, the company has poor support for here products. More than likely the parts for your tv next to either be on fund order for more or less a month or two.
I have done warranty work for Samsung and the individual way to catch the repair rolling was for the customer to fashion threats about suing them.
Even when it get repaired, more than likely it WILL crop up again, and or other parts will crap out.
Yes it sounds repair able as long as its underneath warranty, but with the Samsung parts mortal soo high and after the warranty some of the parts become NLA, customers achieve upset realizing that they bought a pos.
