Is Insignia(R) - 37" 720p Flat-Panel LCD HDTV correct? I bought it and i want to know if i should return it?

When you buy these no-name brands you must take into consideration what you will hold to do if you have a problem.
1. Were can I lift it to be fix...
Most likely it can't be fixed by the TV repair shop down the street. I own even heard of time's when these no-name brands own made the customer ship them to another state.
2. How long will it take to fix...
Once you get hold of the TV to the repair shop it's most likely hold to wait 4 to 6 weeks.
3. Will my remote control from my Cable or Sat work next to this TV...
This is the most common problem near these no-name brands. It's bad when you can't find one remote presently it's two or three!
4. Can you find any reviews on this brand...
A name brand didn't a moment ago pop up over night. It have to make a dub for it's self. This means their are reviews to read to facilitate you make a informed choice.
Although it might turn out to be a terriffic buy..........Insignia is another off-brand set..in attendance are dozens of "no-names" out there.
I would also step with a describe brand for purposes of performance, waranty, post-sales issues, and parts availabity after warranty is up - even though I'm going to hold to "shell out" more $$$ initially. Buying brand-name merchandise gives me somewhat piece of mind over the length of ownership !!
For instance, I used Sony as my benchmark for years, and until muy most modern acquisition ultimate year, have have several CRT-based "Trinitrons"......all last (with HEAVY use) 10+ years without a "hitch."
On a low budget..my elderly Father required a 20" CRT setr for his bedroom a while back..........we found a no-name brand at
Walmart for $89.95. The picture tube go out in simply over a year - I gusess, as Mom used to say........'Ya capture what you pay for.
