I enjoy a all-purpose remote control study and the bottons dont work! Has anyone else have this problem?
Answers: First of all, a broad-spectrum remote is what its is called. It is global and can be PROGRAMMED to operate most brands of TV, however, the watch remote DOESN'T KNOW what TV brand you OWN. To program the remote for the brand TV you own, you necessitate to find the remote code for YOUR brand of TV and enter that code into your universal remote (Look at your instruction instruction manual, or call the entrepreneur.) I would give you the remote code, but you did not give us with your TV Brand. Good luck. Some Universal remotes can also operate other devices such as a VCR or DVD Player. Try pressing the button (usually located close by the top) that says "TV" to operate your Tv, or VCR to operate your vcr...ect. Thanks, Dan
