Can the red lead of a turned past its sell-by date tv strength risky?

When a TV is turned off, a red led wishy-washy up.
Can this red led harm the robustness or the sight, if someone sleeps in a room near that light always up?

no haha i would not know how to see if that was true haha. Maybe if you put your eye dead on it for close to 2 hours straight and only an inch away form it. i don't think relatives are that stupid though haha no its not a laser it an led which doesnt cause eye destroy
