PS3 Tube-TV Picture Issue?

I've hooked up my PS3 to my Toshiba Tube TV. The picture shows up and everything is fine, except that there are white horizontal lines of different shades crawling up the screen.

I can monitor videos, play DVDs and games, it's just that the moving lines are greatly irritating to watch.

I've tried cleaning the connection points of the telecommunication that connects the PS3 to my TV, but the lines are still there. Any Help?

Answers:    The Lines are RF interference from the PS . Try a different chan on the TV
