When i'm recording videos next to my canon elura 100 camcorder, i notice some problems. There appears to be a long black line on the TV eyeshade and it moves up and down sometimes. What is it and how do I get rid of it? Thanks.
Answers: well presuming that everthing looks okwhen you preview it on the camcorder later, the problem exists between the camcorder and the tv, and presuming the tv works ok usually, then the problem is in your nouns; this can mean three things 1 the camcorder socket is faulty 2 the tv socket is inexact 3 the connecting lead is faulty (most likley the lead) try to use the tv socket beside other appliancesthis will eliminate the tv if you have a spare organize try it
This is a warranty issue. Call them today. It is a common failure of the camcorder..
