TV Troubles, My TV Won't Turn ON!?

Hey Guys, My 32 INCH sony rear projection tv with 1080i inputs and everything basically stopped working. It won't turn on at all!? I made sure it was plugged within, read the troubleshooting manual, and it doesn't work. The red stand by light is sour, and its just konked out. What should I do? Serious answers only please.
