What happen if you put a hd cable for ps3 for a tv thats not hd, what would begin, and whats the difference?
Answers: A HD cable usually has a output shape (socket) that just HD TVs have.
I instinctively am getting a ps3 for my son. But I have a huge screen TV.
The ps3 didn't come near the special HD cable. But with the artistic red yellow and white cable.
So, your looking for a socket within the TV that doesn't exist.

A cable is a "cable" and can be used in frequent different ways.
If the cable is HDMI, there is nil you can do if your TV can't use it.
If it is component (R/g/b), feel free to use it as traditional composite+audio cable (say use G for "yellow" and R/B for audio)
